Public Page User Guide
This section is for riders, competitors, parents, supporters, and anyone opening a public Sponsor Share event page from a QR code or link.
Finding an event
Use the Live Events section on the Sponsor Share landing page, or scan the QR code supplied by your club, to open a public event page.
Sponsor verification link
A sponsor representative who receives a Sponsor Share verification link can review the submitting club and exactly the proposed sponsor name, logo, and scope. Uploaded previews are rendered only when a bounded PNG, JPG, or WebP data URL has strict base64 and matching file-signature validation; SVG, malformed, oversized, private-network, credentialed, or unapproved-origin images are hidden. Confirming does not create a Sponsor Share account and is followed by a separate Sponsor Share review; it does not publish the sponsor immediately. Reject an incorrect identity, scope, or asset using the link. For help, a missing response, or a request you do not recognise, contact the Sponsor Share admin team at sponsorshare@gmail.com. The link can be used once. Expired, already-used, rejected, replaced, or invalid links show a safe status without exposing club notes, contact lists, reporting details, or internal review history.

Installing on mobile
If your browser offers an install prompt, you can install Sponsor Share for quick access. On iPhone Safari, use Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android Chrome, use the install prompt or browser menu.
Sponsor logos and links
Sponsors may appear as logos or names near the top of the public page. Some events may also include optional sponsor links such as Visit sponsor or View offer. These links help support the event sponsor and are tracked inside Sponsor Share reporting.
Name or social handle
Add your name or handle so the caption can include who is sharing the moment.
Photo to share
On mobile, choose an existing photo or take one now. When you tap Post to Instagram or Post to Facebook, Sponsor Share automatically creates a sponsor-framed version of the selected image before opening the native share sheet where supported.
Preview for Instagram
Select this to preview a caption formatted for Instagram handles and hashtags.
Preview for Facebook
Select this to preview a caption formatted for Facebook pages or handles.
Caption preview
Check the generated caption before copying it. It includes the event message, club details, sponsors, and hashtags.
Post to Instagram or Facebook
Use the Instagram or Facebook button to copy the caption and prepare a sponsor-framed image when a photo is selected. Should you post, you acknowledge that you have permission to share the selected photo and any people, names or handles shown in it. Sponsor Share may add event, club and sponsor branding to the image.
