1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Sponsor Share, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
These terms apply to admin users, club users, event organisers, and public users who open public share pages.
2. Purpose of Sponsor Share
Sponsor Share helps clubs and event organisers create QR-linked public pages so riders, competitors, supporters, and participants can prepare sponsor-ready social media captions.
The platform does not automatically publish posts, does not replace Facebook or Instagram, and does not provide Meta API posting integration.
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the information, photos, videos, names, handles, captions, and other content they choose to enter, copy, upload, or share.
Users must only share content they have permission to use. Extra care must be taken where children, riders, spectators, animals, private property, or identifiable people appear in content.
4. Admin and club accounts
Admin and club users must keep their login details secure and must not share account access with unauthorised people.
Club users may only manage their own club, events, sponsors, users, and related information unless they have been given higher-level platform permissions.
5. Public page use
Public page users do not need to log in. They may use public share pages to prepare captions, select or take photos, and use their device's native sharing features where supported.
By tapping Post to Instagram or Post to Facebook with a selected image, public page users agree that Sponsor Share may add event, club, and sponsor branding to the selected image before sharing.
Sharing behaviour depends on the user's device, browser, and installed social media apps. Sponsor Share cannot guarantee that any social media app will create a draft post, attach an image, or accept copied caption text.
6. Sponsors and event information
Clubs and event organisers are responsible for ensuring that sponsor names, sponsor logos, handles, hashtags, sponsor CTA links, sponsor offers, event details, and public page wording are accurate and permitted for use.
Sponsor Share is not responsible for incorrect sponsor information entered by clubs, organisers, or authorised admin users.
7. Availability and limitations
Sponsor Share is provided as a practical event-support tool. It may be updated, interrupted, unavailable, or limited by hosting, browser, mobile device, network, or third-party platform behaviour.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor Share is not responsible for indirect loss, failed social posts, platform restrictions, or user-generated content shared outside the app.
8. Changes to terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Sponsor Share after updates means you accept the updated terms.
